 Mysql uploader is a simple script that lets you upload an unlimited size of database to a server. Each query must be placed on it's own line in a file, and you upload that file to your host. This script will execute a batch of queries at once and take a break in between. This will avoid trying to restore an entire database in one single script execution, causing time outs. This will also help put less stress on the server. This script has been tested with a large database of about 300,000 queries, so I'm pretty sure it will work for your needs.
